Success, joy, accomplishment, goal attainment, real happiness all stem from consciously deciding to do something and taking deliberate actions to make it a reality.
I’m Dr. Sarah Beth Bailey and I’m coach and consultant that’s been working in higher education for 17 years. I found my passion for coaching through being a manager, supervisor, and student advisor. Success, joy, accomplishment, goal attainment, real happiness all stem from consciously deciding to do something and taking deliberate actions to make it a reality. It is not easy to make change, navigate uncertainty, to transform, to design the life you wish to live, but it can be easier and more fun, with a facilitator. Progress doesn’t have to happen in isolation, it doesn’t have to be painful, it takes time, effort, and thoughtfulness. As a coach I get joy from celebrating, supporting, and facilitating your learning, growth, and accomplishment.
